Police appeal to locate man missing from Sydney's north

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's north.

Craig Fundak, aged 55, was last seen about 6.30pm on Wednesday 16 March 2022 at Bilgola Plateau.

When family were unable to get in contact with Craig, a report was made to police at 7.15pm yesterday (Saturday 19 March 2022).

Officers from Northern Beaches Police Area Command commenced an investigation into his whereabouts.

Craig's car was subsequently found parked near Palm Beach Headland. Police conducted a large-scale search of the area without success and the search will continue later this morning (Sunday 20 March 2022).

Police and family hold serious concerns for Craig's welfare.

Craig is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 175cm tall with a medium build, dark, greying hair and a stubble. It's not known what he was wearing at the time.
