Police appeal to locate man missing from Collaroy

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's Northern Beaches.

Joshua Cooney, aged 35, was last seen at a unit on Pittwater Road, Collaroy, about 4pm yesterday (Tuesday 19 April 2022).

When he failed to return home as expected, officers from Northern Beaches Police Area Command were notified today (Wednesday 20 April 2022) and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for Joshua's welfare as his disappearance is out of character.

Joshua is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of medium build, approximately 180cm to 190cm tall, with blonde hair and blue eyes.

Police believe he could be in or around the Curl Curl area.
