Police appeal to locate man missing from Sydney's Eastern Beaches

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's Eastern Beaches.

Thomas Mahoney, aged 25, was last seen on Anzac Parade, Kensington, about 8:30pm on Tuesday (21 June 2022).

When Thomas could not be located, officers from Eastern Beaches Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries to locate him.

Police and family hold serious concerns for Thomas's welfare as he lives with schizophrenia.

Thomas is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall, medium build, with brown hair and beard.

He was last seen wearing a blue denim jacket, hoodie, navy cargo pants and white Nike 'TN' shoes.

Thomas uses public transport and frequents the Eastern Beaches, South Sydney, Inner West and Sydney City areas.

Anyone with information on Thomas's whereabouts is urged to contact Sydney City or Eastern Beaches Police Area Commands, or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
