Police appeal to locate missing Cabramatta West girl

Police are appealing for assistance to locate a teenage girl reported missing from Sydney's west.

Emily Pearce-Burnes, aged 14, was last seen about midday yesterday (Friday 21 April 2023) on Webster Street at Lurnea.

Police were notified today (Saturday 22 April 2023) and officers from Fairfield City Police Area Command have commenced inquiries to locate her.

Concerns are held for her welfare given her age.

Emily, from Cabramatta West, is described as being of Caucasian appearance, approximately 140cm tall, with a thin build and light brown hair.

She was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket, black track pants and white joggers.

Emily is known to frequent the Mt Druitt, Blacktown, Fairfield and Liverpool areas.

Anyone who may have seen Emily, or believes they know her whereabouts, is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
