Police appeal to locate missing man at Bathurst

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Queensland, who is believed to be in NSW.

Craig Whitaker, aged 63, from the Warner area in Queensland, was reported missing to Queensland Police (QPOL) by a family member on Thursday 11 November 2021, and following inquiries, it was established that he was in NSW.

Queensland Police contacted officers attached to Oxley Police District later that day, who commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Craig is believed to have been in the Bathurst area on Monday 15 November 2021, and may be travelling in a white Hyundai Sonata, bearing QLD registration – 916CS3.

Police and family hold concerns for Craig's welfare as he has medical conditions that require medication.

Craig is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 180cm tall, with a large build, short grey hair and blue eyes.
