Police appeal to locate missing man at Blue Mountains 23 July

Police are appealing for public information to find a man missing from the Blue Mountains.

Mr Michael Aynsley, aged 33, was last seen at his home on Fairways Crescent, Springwood, in a white 2003 Toyota Echo bearing NSW registration BF-31-LT, about 5.30pm yesterday (Thursday 22 July 2021).

Officers from Blue Mountains Police Area Command were notified when he failed to contact family members and have commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family have concerns for Michael due to a medical condition.

He is known to frequent the lower Blue Mountains, Emu Plains and Penrith area.

Michael is described as Caucasian appearance, 180cm tall, large build, hazel eyes, short brown hair, beard and moustache.

He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with possibly a green jacket and blue jeans.

Police are urging anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact Springwood Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
