Police appeal to locate missing man from Punchbowl

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's south west.

Jihad Bechara, aged 55, was last seen leaving his home address in Highclere Avenue, Punchbowl about 10.00am on Saturday 20 November 2021.

Initial inquiries suggest the man may have been travelling locally in the Punchbowl area.

Police and family hold concerns for his welfare.

Jihad is described as being of Middle Eastern appearance, about 182cm tall, of medium build, with a shaved head, and hazel-coloured eyes.

Jihad is further described as having a tattoo on his upper left arm.
