Police Appeal To Locate Missing Man - Yagoona

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's south-west.

George Myott, aged 60, was last seen at a home on McMillan Street, Yagoona, about 8pm on Monday 8 April 2024.

When he was unable to be located or contacted, he was reported missing to officers attached to Bankstown Police Area Command, who commenced inquiries to locate him.

Police and family hold serious concerns for his welfare.

George is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall, of medium build, with receding brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a dark coloured long sleeved shirt with 'DEUS' written on the back, dark coloured shorts, black shoes and carrying a small dark coloured overnight bag.

George is known to frequent the Yagoona and Bankstown areas.

Anyone with information in relation to George's whereabout is urged to contact Bankstown Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
