Police appeal to locate missing Victorian woman from Western Sydney

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney's west.

Monica Sniady, aged 56, who is originally from Victoria, was last seen getting on a bus on Therry Road, Campbelltown, just after 9am on Saturday 8 October 2022.

When she could not be located or contacted, Monica was reported missing to officers attached to Campbelltown City Police Area Command, who commenced inquiries into her whereabout.

Police have serious concerns for Monica as she lives with several medical conditions that require medication.

Monica is described as being of Caucasian appearance, approximately 160cm to 170cm tall, of medium build, with brown hair.

She was last seen wearing a light green hooded jumper with 'New York' written on the front, a black shirt, light pink tracksuit pants or leggings, and a pair of black boots.

At the time she was carrying a clear/white plastic bag of clothing and a green 'Woolworths' fabric shopping bag.

Monica is known to utilise public transport and may be travelling towards Victoria.
