Police appeal to locate missing woman at Blacktown

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney's west.

Sinem Aydin, aged 31, was last seen leaving at a house on Derwent Parade at Blacktown about 1.15pm yesterday (Thursday 6 October 2022).

Unable to be located since, Sinem was reported missing to officers attached to Blacktown Police Area Command, who commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for her welfare.

Sinem is described as being of Middle Eastern appearance, approximately 170cm tall, of slim build, with long brown hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and black pants.

Sinem is known to use public transport and frequents the Blacktown area.

Anyone who may have seen Sinem or has information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Blacktown Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
