Police appeal to locate missing woman - Russell Lea

Police are urgently appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney's inner west.

Qiuping Yuan, also known as Apple, aged 43 was last seen at a home on Byrne Avenue, Russell Lea, about 7am on Friday (1 November 2019).

She has not been seen or heard from since and officers from Burwood Police Area Command are conducting inquiries to locate her.

Family and police hold concerns for her welfare due to an existing health condition.

Qiuping is described as being of Asian appearance, about 155cm tall, of a medium build, with shoulder length black hair. She is believed to be wearing a red t-shirt and speaks limited English.

Police urge anyone who sees Qiuping to contact Triple Zero (000) immediately or Crime Stoppers.
