Police appeal to locate teens missing from Sydney's west

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate two teenage boys missing from Sydney's west.

Edward Kang, 15, was last seen leaving his home at Marsfield about 8am yesterday (Thursday 18 August 2022).

Bryan Wang, 15, was last seen leaving his home at North Epping about 8.30am yesterday (Thursday 18 August 2022).

When the teens failed to attend school when expected, officers from Ryde Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into their whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for their welfare due to their ages.

Edward is described as being of Asian appearance, about 170cm tall, and slim build. He has short black hair and wears reading glasses.

Bryan is described as being of Asian appearance, about 170cm tall, and slim build. He has short black hair and braces.

Police believe there is a possibility that Edward and Bryan may be travelling together.
