Police appeal to locate woman missing from Sydney's CBD

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman who has not been in contact with her family for more than three years.

Mijin Lim, aged 32, was last seen in the Sydney CBD in late 2020. No family or associates have seen or heard from her since.

Her family overseas made a missing person's report to the South Korea consulate in May 2022, who later reported her missing to officers at Sydney City Police Area Command on Friday 31 March 2023.

Following extensive inquiries, Mijin has not been seen or located since.

Serious concerns are held for her welfare and officers are appealing for public assistance to find her.

Mijin is described as being of Asian appearance, about 170cm tall, of thin build, and with dark hair, which is usually dyed light pink.

She is known to frequent the Sydney CDB, Glebe, Banksia and Ryde areas.

Anyone who may have seen Mijin or has information regarding her whereabouts is urged to contact Day Street police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
