Police appeals for help to locate man Kwin Ten

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Kwin Ten.

The 55-year-old was last seen at his Brunswick East home about 9am on Wednesday 15 May.

Police and family members hold concerns for Kwin's welfare as he has a severe intellectual disability and does not speak or understand English.

He also has a hearing impairment.

An image of Kwin has been released in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.

Kwin is Asian in appearance and about 175cm tall with a large build, short greying black hair, distinctive jawline and no teeth.

He was last seen wearing a grey hoodie and dark blue jeans.

Kwin is known to frequent Spencer and Flinders Street railway stations and will often catch random train lines.

Anyone who sees Kwin or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Brunswick Police Station on 8378 6000.
