Police responded to a fatal collision in Alfredton this morning.
Emergency services were called to Learmonth Street at Arthur Street about 11.50am to reports of a two-car collision.
A woman, who is yet to be formally identified, sadly died at the scene.
Four other people were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are yet to be determined and investigations remain ongoing.
