Northern Territory Police are investigating a fatal crash in the remote location of Calvert.
At around 1pm today, police received a report of a two vehicle crash on Savannah Way, near the Queensland border.
An adult male died in the crash. Police remain on scene and a crime scene has been declared.
Detective Senior Sergeant Brendan Lindner said, "Police from Borroloola are at the crash scene and are currently working to repatriate the deceased.
"Major Crash detectives will arrive on scene tomorrow morning.
"The road is closed and motorists should expect significant delays."
