Police are investigating a fatal, two vehicle traffic crash at Clintonvale early this morning.
Just after 1am, a truck and a car travelling on the Cunningham Highway, just north of Eight Mile, collided head on.
The 54-year-old male driver and sole occupant of the car was declared deceased at the scene.
The 35-year-old male truck driver was not physically injured during the incident.
Investigations are continuing.
