Police are responding to fatal crash - Greenmount

Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a fatal crash that occurred in Greenmount yesterday, Saturday 17 June 2023.

About 3.55pm, a Toyota Coaster bus and a Suzuki motorcycle – travelling in opposite directions on Great Eastern Highway – collided at the intersection of Stuart Street.

The 35-year-old male rider died at the scene.

The 68-year-old male driver of the bus was uninjured.

Investigators would like to speak to anyone who saw the crash or either vehicle travelling in the area prior to the crash, and urge anyone with information relating to this incident to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or via www.crimestopperswa.com.au
