Police are responding to fatal crash - Hills

A man has died after a crash in the Western Sydney area.

Around 6.45pm yesterday (Sunday 12 November 2023), emergency services were called to the intersection of Jenkins Road and Pennant Hills Road, Carlingford, following reports of a multiple vehicle crash.

Officers attached to The Hills Police Area Command attended and were told a vehicle collided with two vehicles before coming to a stop.

A driver, a 76-year-old man, was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics on scene, before being taken to hospital where he later died.

No other drivers were reported to be injured.

Police have established a crime scene which will be forensically examined by specialist police.

A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
