Police Are Responding To Fatal Crash - Leschenault

Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are investigating an incident that occurred in Leschenault on Wednesday, 7 January 2026.

About 5.38pm, a black Nissan X-Trail station sedan was driving east on Buffalo Road when the vehicle lost control and rolled.

The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, a 29-year-old female, sustained critical injuries in the crash and sadly died at the scene.

Major Crash investigators are urging anyone who saw the crash, or the Nissan driving in the area prior to the crash, to make a report to Crime Stoppers online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au or by calling 1800 333 000.
