Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a fatal crash that occurred yesterday, Friday 18 November 2022, about 60km east of Laverton.
About 9.35pm, police were called to Great Central Road, Cosmo Newbery, after a Toyota Landcruiser was discovered crashed.
The driver and sole occupant, a 63-year-old woman, died at the scene.
An exact time is unknown, but the vehicle is believed to have crashed while travelling east from Laverton between 7.30pm and 9.30pm.
