Major Crash officers are investigating a fatal traffic crash that occurred at about 10:26am Wednesday 1 April 2020 on Ennis Avenue, Waikiki.
A white Mitsubishi van, driven by a 28 year old man, veered off the northbound carriageway and collided with a tree.
The Mitsubishi caught alight and was incinerated. The driver died at the scene.
Major Crash Investigators are seeking witnesses who may have seen the Mitsubishi prior to the crash, or any witnesses who have dash camera footage of the area to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
