Police are responding to serious crash at Buccan

Police are investigating a serious, two vehicle crash which occurred at Buccan this afternoon.

Just after 3pm, a vehicle travelling south on Hein Road towards Stegemann Road and a vehicle travelling in the opposite direction towards Buccan Road collided.

The 31-year-old male driver of the vehicle travelling south was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a critical condition.

The 29-year-old driver of the second vehicle received non-life-threatening injuries.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
