Police are responding to serious crash, Gympie Road Strathpine

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a traffic crash at Strathpine yesterday afternoon November 18.

At 7.30pm, a silver Mazda sedan has collided with a pedestrian on Gympie Road Strathpine.

A 19-year-old male, sustained serious injuries and was transported to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital.

The 66-year-old Carseldine woman, the driver of the Mazda was not injured.

The Forensic Crash Unit is asking for any witnesses, or anyone with dash-cam footage, to contact police.
