Police arrest four after Salisbury Park drug find

Four people were arrested after police seized a variety of illicit drugs from a Salisbury Park address yesterday.

As part of a drug investigation, Northern District Police attended a Salisbury Park address about 4.30pm on Wednesday 2 November.

It will be alleged that during a search of the premises officers uncovered about two litres of fantasy, 400 grams of methamphetamine, five grams of heroin and 50 buprenorphine strips (prescription opiod medication).

Also located was a cannabis extraction laboratory (no cannabis resin present) and $11,470 in cash in a vehicle.

Four men were arrested and each charged with multiple counts of trafficking in a controlled drug.

A 37-year-old man and a 43-year-old man, both from Salisbury Park, were refused police bail and will appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court today, Thursday 3 November.

A 37-year-old Salisbury North man was also charged with money laundering. He was refused police bail and will appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court today.

A 33-year-old Salisbury Park man was also charged with manufacture a controlled drug (cannabis extraction lab). He was bailed to appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court on 12 December.
