Police arrest man after aggravated home invasion in Cranbourne North

Detectives from Casey Crime Investigation Unit have arrested a man in relation to an aggravated home invasion in Cranbourne North earlier this year.

Investigators were told three male offenders attended a Lindenow Court address and ransacked a bedroom about 7.15pm on Monday, 1 February.

A neighbour heard an occupant scream and jumped the back fence to assist when he was confronted by the offenders and struck to the head with an unknown weapon.

The 31-year-old Mornington man is currently assisting police with their enquiries.

Detectives have re-released a FACE images of a second man they believe can assist with their investigation.

Investigators would like to thank the public for their ongoing assistance in response to the images released on 30 August.
