Police arrest woman after stabbing at Blakeview, South Australia

A woman has been arrested following a stabbing at Blakeview.

It is alleged that about 11.40pm on Saturday 16 March, police and ambulance crews were called to a house in Village Terrace after reports that a man had received a minor stab wound to his chest, following an argument with his sister.

He was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital for treatment.

A 26-year-old Greenwith woman was arrested and charged with aggravated assault causing harm, and was bailed to appear in court at a later date.

Police would like to reassure the public that this was not a random incident.
