Police arrest woman over drug trafficking in Port Augusta, South Australia

Detectives from the Police Corrections Team today arrested a 60-year-old woman from Port Augusta for trafficking a controlled drug, introduce drug to a correctional institution and abuse of public office.

The woman will appear in the Port Augusta Magistrates Court on 12 April.

Police investigate the introduction or attempted introduction of any contraband into all prisons collaboratively with the Department for Correctional Services.
