A man has been charged following an alleged assault in Sydney on Anzac Day.
About 3.10pm on Saturday (25 April 2026), emergency services responded to reports of an assault outside a hotel on Kent Street, Millers Point.
Officers were told a man had allegedly kicked a woman outside the business before leaving the area prior to police arrival.
The 47-year-old woman did not require medical treatment.
Following inquiries, a 24-year-old man attended Day Street Police Station at 5pm today (Tuesday 28 April 2026).
He was charged with affray and granted conditional bail to appear before Downing Centre Local Court on Wednesday 13 May 2026.
