Sexual Crimes Squad detectives have charged a man following sexual assaults in the CBD last weekend.
The 42-year-old Hampton Park man has been charged with two counts of rape and two counts of false imprisonment and common law assault.
The incident occurred at a licensed premises on King Street in Melbourne on 2 January.
The man will appear in in Melbourne Magistrates' Court tomorrow.
