A man has been charged with murder following an investigation into the death of a woman in Sydney's west yesterday.
About 9pm yesterday (Monday 8 June 2020), police were called to a home on Barlow Street, Cambridge Park, following reports of a concern for a woman's welfare.
On arrival, officers found the body of a 20-year-old woman inside.
Just before 11am today (Tuesday 9 June 2020), a 30-year-old man was arrested at Westmead and taken to Parramatta Police Station.
He was charged with murder (DV) and refused bail. He will appear in Parramatta Local Court tomorrow (Wednesday 10 June 2020).
