Just before 4am, Friday 19 November, patrols spotted a BMW sedan parked on Spinnaker Circuit with two occupants. Police spoke to the occupants and then had cause to conduct a search during which an amount of methamphetamine and an amount of cash was located inside the car.

The driver, a 28-year-old man from Christies Beach and his passenger, a 48-year-old man from Seaford Meadows, were both arrested and charged with trafficking in a controlled drug and money laundering.

They have been refused bail and will appear in the Christies Beach Magistrates Court later today.
