Police Charge Two Over Stabbing - North Gosford

Two people have been charged over the alleged stabbing of a man on the Central Coast yesterday.

About 6.30am (Tuesday 13 May 2025), emergency services were called to Gertrude Street, North Gosford, following reports of a stabbing.

Officers attached to Brisbane Water Police District attended and found a 38-year-old man with stab wounds to his upper body. He remains in a serious condition in Royal North Shore Hospital.

Following inquiries, a 19-year-old woman and a 24-year-old man were arrested and have been charged at Gosford Police Station with wound with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

They've been refused bail overnight to appear in Gosford Local Court later today (Wednesday 14 May 2025).
