Police are urgently seeking information regarding the whereabouts of 46-year-old Christopher PORTCH who was last seen at his care facility located on Brockway Road in Mount Claremont on Wednesday, 5 June 2019 at about 11.15am.
Concerns are held for Mr PORTCH as he requires regular medication and it is believed he does not have that with him.
Mr PORTCH is described as 175cm tall, with a medium build, a fair complexion, brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark coloured jumper with a white hood, a beige shirt underneath, Khaki pants and black sneakers.
Mr PORTCH should not be approached as he is unpredictable and anyone who sees Mr PORTCH is asked to call Police on 131 444.
