Police execute search warrant - Fannie Bay

Members of Northern Territory Police City Safe and Darwin Frontline Support executed a search warrant at Fannie Bay on Thursday 27 June, 2019.

The search warrant was sought after police received information that cannabis plants were visible from the balcony of a residence located in the Fannie Bay.

During the search police located and seized:

  • 3 x cannabis plants;
  • 30g of cannabis;
  • A tin of cannabis seeds;
  • 4.2g of a substance suspected to be Psilocybin (magic mushrooms);
  • 7 x pills suspected to be MDMA;
  • A dropper bottle containing what is suspected to be cannabis oil; and
  • Electronic scales.

A 26-year-old French National was interviewed and issued a Notice to Appear for drug related offences.

Investigations are continuing.
