Police are seeking assistance from the community to help locate 36-year-old Jessica Nettle.
She was last seen in Mandurah on 4 November 2022 and was in company with a 10-week-old baby.
Concerns are held for the welfare of Jessica and the 10-week-old baby.
Anyone who sights Jessica or the baby, is asked to contact police immediately on 131 444.
