Police Investigate Armed Robbery At Harristown 12 February

Police are investigating the armed robbery of a delivery driver at Harristown overnight, 11 February.

Around 7.30pm, a 37-year-old man arrived at an Eiser Street address in a 2008 blue Ford Falcon when an unknown vehicle drove up behind him.

A man then exited the vehicle and approached the delivery driver while armed with a firearm.

The offender then entered the victim's vehicle and stole an amount of cash before returning to his vehicle and leaving the scene.

A 37-year-old Drayton man was not physically injured during the incident.

Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
