Police investigate attempted armed robbery at Kings Park

Perth Detectives are seeking information regarding an attempted armed robbery that occurred in Kings Park on Friday, 14 August 2020.

About 10.35am, a man approached a woman standing beside a parked Toyota Prado in the main carpark of Kings Park, behind the souvenir store. The woman in her 20s was keeping an eye on a child asleep in the car.

The man threatened to stab the woman if she did not give him the keys to the car. The woman screamed and the man fled.

The offender is described as being 25 to 30 years old, approximately 177cm tall, with a slim to medium build, and short blonde hair. At the time of the offence he was wearing a black zip-up jacket, black chino pants and black trainers with white soles.
