Police are searching for the driver of a car that left the scene of a collision in Dandenong North last night (25 September), Victoria Police say.
It is believed the Toyota Rav 4 was involved in a collision with another car on the Monash Freeway near Heatherton Road about 8.20pm.
The Toyota took off along the freeway heading towards the city.
The Toyota exited the freeway at Police Road, colliding with the rear of another car before continuing.
It then struck a third vehicle at the intersection of Jacksons Road before performing a U-turn and heading back onto Police Road.
The Toyota was last seen on Haverbrack Drive, Mulgrave.
The investigation is ongoing.
Police are appealing for anyone with information or who witnessed the incident to contact Crime Stoppers.
