Police are currently at the scene of a fatal shooting in Flemington.
Emergency services were called to a venue on Racecourse Road after reports that a number of shots had been fired about 10pm.
On arrival police located a deceased man and two other men suffering gunshot wounds.
The exact circumstances surrounding the shooting are yet to be established and currently no arrests have been made.
Homicide Squad detectives are attending and at this stage police do not believe that there is any further threat to the community.
