The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) will hold a special meeting on Friday, September 25, at 15:00 EDT (19:00 GMT), in the Simón Bolívar Room at OAS headquarters in Washington, D.C., "to commemorate the twenty-fifth anniversary of the Inter-American Democratic Charter".
