Police investigate robbery at Hackham, South Australia

Police are investigating an aggravated robbery at Hackham this evening.

Just before 7pm Friday 9 July police were called to a licenced premises on Main South Road after reports a man armed with a knife had entered, threatened staff, then made off with an amount of cash. Thankfully no one was physically injured.

Patrols searched the area but have been unable to locate the man at this time.

The suspect who had a maroon face covering, is described as a man wearing black pants, navy jacket with a red badge on each shoulder and black sneakers with white soles. He appeared to have blonde hair and a beard.

Detectives and Crime Scene Officers are heading to the scene.
