Police are investigating an assault in Adelaide this evening where a man was stabbed, according to SA Police.
About 10.20pm Saturday 22 September, police and ambulance crews were called to the corner of Pulteney Street and North Terrace after reports that a man had received a puncture wound to his lower abdomen after being involved in an altercation with a group of people.
The victim’s injuries are not considered to be life-threatening and he was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital for treatment.
A second person at the scene was also taken to the RAH after he reported being punched during the altercation. His injuries are non-life threatening.
Police are speaking to a number of people at the scene and believe this is not a random incident.
