Southern District Police are seeking information from the public after a fire destroyed a Doctor's Surgery and Hairdressing Saloon at Woodcroft this morning.
Police and fire crews responded to calls from the public of a fire on Sir James Hardy Way at about 6.45am this morning. (Saturday 22 August)
On arrival, it was found a Doctor's surgery was well alight with the blaze spreading quickly to the adjoining hairdressing saloon.
The fire was eventually brought under control, but the single storey brick veneer premises was gutted in the incident.
Fire Cause Investigators are attending with the police treating the fire as suspicious.
