Busselton Detectives have charged a man after an incident on Molloy Island (Augusta) in the early hours of Wednesday, 27 January 2021.
It is alleged the man discharged a firearm near family members. No-one was injured during the incident.
The 56-year-old man from Molloy Island has been charged with:-
• Endanger Life, Health or Safety of a Person;
• Being Armed in a Way that May Cause Fear;
• Unlicensed Person Possess Firearm; and
• Unlicensed Person Possess Ammunition.
He is due to appear before the Bunbury Magistrates Court today, 28 January 2021.
