Police investigating hit and run, Alexandra Hills

Police are appealing for public assistance following a hit and run incident in Alexandra Hills that injured two pedestrians last night, March 11.

Initial investigations indicate at approximately 11.30pm, a man and woman were struck by a vehicle at a business along Finucane Road.

A 25-year-old Victoria Point woman sustained serious injuries and was transported to hospital for treatment.

A 24-year-old Victoria Point man was transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

A white 2004 Mitsubishi Pajero with Queensland registration 015BE4 was seen leaving the scene around time of the incident.

Police are appealing to the driver, or anyone with information about the vehicle or the incident, to come forward.

Investigations are continuing.
