Police lay charges - Aggravated robbery - Ludmilla

Northern Territory Police have charged 3 youths with aggravated robbery at a service station in Ludmilla.

Around 11pm on Sunday 12 November 2023, police received reports that 4 male youths entered the service station on Bagot Road and caused damage within the premise and threatening employees.

One of the youths allegedly assaulted a male employee with a screwdriver, causing a minor cut to his wrist that did not require medical treatment. All the youths fled the scene.

Yesterday, detectives from Serious Crime arrested 3 youths, aged 12, 13 and 15, who were all later charged with:

  • 2 x Aggravated robbery
  • 1 x Theft
  • 1 x Aggravated assault

Another 13-year-old male was referred to the Department of Territory Families, Housing and Communities.

Police continue to urge anyone who witnesses crime or suspicious behaviour, to make contact on 131 444.
