On Thursday 28 August 2025, police executed search warrants at two properties connected to the woman. It will be alleged; she was operating out of an apartment on Adelaide Terrace. A residence in Nedlands was also searched as part of the investigation.
Approximately $30,000 Australian dollars in cash and foreign currency was located in addition to drugs,
mobile phones and pepper spray.
A 24-year-old Nedlands woman has been charged with the following offences:
• One count of 'A tenant permitting premises to be used for prostitution'
• One count of 'Unlawful possession'
She has been summonsed to appear in Perth Magistrates Court at a later date.
