Police make arrest - Property offences in Alice Springs 22 November

Northern Territory Police have apprehended three youth following an unlawful entry of a business in Alice Springs yesterday.

Just before 5:30am police CCTV footage observed a group of youths forcing entry into a business in the Todd Mall.

Strike Force Viper and General Duties members arrived to see the youths flee into a nearby car park attempting to avoid officers.

Members pursued the youths on foot and subsequently arrested and transported three youths to the Alice Springs Watch House.

A 13-year-old male has been charged with;

• Serious Breach of Bail

• Unlawful Entry

• Damage to property

Two youths, ages 12 and 14-years-old will be dealt with under the Youth Justice Act.
