A first constable from the North West Metro region has been charged following an internal investigation.
The 26-year-old male officer has been charged with 19 offences including several counts of indecent act with/in presence of child under 16.
The offences relate to alleged incidents between 2011 and 2014, prior to the man joining Victoria Police.
He has been charged on summons to face court at a later date.
